Inspired by the capsule interior design of the Nakagin Capsule Tower, the capsule kagu (meaning "furniture" in Japanese) has its roots in the renovation project, described below. Henceforth it combines folding technics, origami style and minimalistic appearance. Since its lineage it is a humble way to update Metabolist utopia, described in furniture seeming to be folded from the environmental matter itself.
One capsule renovation project is a part of the bigger project regarding the renovation of the famous Nakagin Capsule Tower in Tokyo. Although the fate of this piece of architecture is uncertain the capsules are being renovated on their own by the owners themselves or through the enthusiastic collaboration of different parties, one of which resulted in this renovation project.
2cats is a mini hostel on the rough industrial basis. Space flows between contrast areas of white and warm colors, making cozy functional islands and light intermedium filling.
30 sq m flat in the touristic city of Odesa in Ukraine has the cozy inteior of light touch of french ar deco with resort motives.
